The clients lived in a 1924 vintage building and had put up with an outdated, tiny kitchen for many years. They hired Debra Weninger Design to create a bigger kitchen while preserving the charm and tradition of the building. We removed walls and small vintage closets to improve flow, enlarged the kitchen footprint and created new openings for better functionality.

The guest bathroom was dark and enclosed, so we raised the ceiling to let in more light and updated all the fixtures. The new materials, colors and tiles stay true to the building’s vintage style, so the bathroom feels as though it has always been there.
